1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

I offer custom packages for destination weddings that include travel and accommodation costs, so there are no hidden fees. If you're planning a wedding in a different state or country, please reach out so we can discuss the details and create a package that works for you. I'd love to be there to capture your special day, wherever it may be!

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, I absolutely do! Your engagement session should be a fun and personal experience, and I'm here to guide you through every step. As a matter of fact, my wife is a professional event planner, which gives us an extra layer of expertise! My goal is to make the planning process as stress-free as possible so you can simply enjoy the experience of celebrating your love.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. My goal is to be as flexible and fair as possible.

If you need to reschedule your session, I require at least 14 days advance notice. Your retainer will be applied to your new session date, provided I am available. If you need to cancel your session outright, the retainer is non-refundable. This retainer holds your date and time in my calendar and helps to cover the costs of lost business.

I am always willing to discuss unforeseen circumstances and will do my best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you think you may need to make a change to your booking.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, I offer a variety of options to ensure you can enjoy and display your photos in the way that best suits you! All of my packages include high-resolution digital files with a print release, which means you can download your full gallery and share or print the photos as you wish. I also believe in the importance of having physical memories, so you can order professional-quality prints directly through your online gallery. The labs I work with are color-calibrated to my editing style, ensuring your prints look exactly as intended.

5. Can we include our pets in the photos?

Absolutely! I am a huge animal lover, and I would love for you to include your furry family members in your photos. Pets are a big part of your life, and they deserve to be in the memories we capture. We can work together to plan a pet-friendly location, and I can give you some tips on how to prepare for the session to ensure it goes smoothly.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I encourage you to share your vision with me. Your input is crucial to making sure your photos are a true reflection of your personality and style. Before your session, I'll ask you to share a list of any must-have shots, specific poses you love from my portfolio, or even a Pinterest board you've created. This gives me a great understanding of the kinds of images you're hoping for.

7. What if we're not comfortable in front of the camera?

That is completely normal, and you're not alone! Most of my clients feel the same way, and it's my job to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I don't just ask you to smile at the camera. Instead, I use a relaxed, photojournalistic approach, giving you fun and simple prompts that encourage natural interactions and genuine emotions.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

The timeline for delivery varies depending on the type of session, as each one requires a different amount of time for a proper review and editing. For weddings, the full gallery is typically delivered within 6 weeks (usually sooner) from your wedding date. For engagement, family, and business sessions, the final gallery is generally delivered within 3 weeks of the session date.

Regardless of the session type, I know how hard it is to wait. That's why I always send a "sneak peek" of some of my favorite images within 48 hours after your session. This gives you a few beautiful, fully edited photos to share with friends and family while you eagerly await the full gallery.
